    Thank you for visiting our website.  We look forward to seeing you at our center, and we hope that we can assist you in all your health and fitness goals.  We offer a full service athletic experience and can assist you towards reaching any goal you may have.

We offer Cybex cardio & machine weights, a large free weight area, a wide variety of group fitness classes, and a designated room for ladies to exercise if they wish to workout in privacy.  When you sign up, we give each member a free personal training session and set you up on a personalized plan based on your individual goals.  If you need further assistance, our certified personal trainers can help you reach that goal.  We offer a wide variety of memberships and hope to make your workout experience enjoyable, and affordable!  We welcome any questions you have, and look forward to seeing you at our facility!
